The cell toolbar now has 15% opacity when it overlaps with the text, and hovering over it gives it 100% opacity. This fixes issue #13

Let's get this one in, it's useful as long as we use the cell toolbar for this button.
We'll see if we remove this change if the button(s) move to the side panel.
